Monster Athlete Juniors is a training organization that takes a traditional approach to teaching and instruction following the model used by USA Volleyball. Coaching Director Howard Vernick is CAP II certified by USAV and has been active in coaching and teaching competitive volleyball for the past 3 decades. Coach Vernick’s experience includes varsity high school coaching, club coaching, and directing, and three state championship wins.

Monster Athlete Juniors focuses on excellence in execution and raising the athlete’s IQ. This includes a strong emphasis on teaching proper ball-handling techniques, court responsibilities throughout all the transition elements of the game, and strategies that provide an edge against even the toughest opponents.
