2024 HIGH PERFORMANCE VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

YOUR HS OR JUNIOR HS VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM
RE-IMAGINED

Monster Athlete focuses on 3 key areas:

  • Technique – Proper and consistent technique is essential for a monster athlete player. We teach correct technique for all skills and provide video playback as a means of self-evaluation and improvement.

  • Reaction – Volleyball is a fast moving sport that requires quick reactions. A monster player learns  responsibilities for all situations and develops agility and quickness to react correctly with proper techniques.

  • Strategy – A monster athlete player knows the importance of identifying and exploiting opponent weaknesses and errors. Effective strategies translate into more points and more wins.
